The goal of the T. Wingate Andrews High School Public Service Academy is to capture the interest of students in Health and Education. This Public Service Academy will provide students with the depth of educational experiences needed to be well prepared for high quality careers.
Students will be prepared academically, technically and socially for post secondary education and highly skilled employment. Students will be provided with information, experience and support to make informed decisions about career goals and life choices which promote lifelong learning and foster success.
In addition, students will participate in related workplace learning which includes career portfolios and senior projects.
Upon graduation, students will be prepared to enter college, universities and/or the workplace. Andrews High School will have partnerships that will help make these options possible by providing students with mentors, work experience opportunities and internships
